Our clients look after some of the most prestigious sites in the country and whilst doing so, appreciate the value of planned, preventative maintenance (PPM). Managing buildings and sites with tight budgets, it is vitally important to predict outgoings as precisely as possible. Agreeing a maintenance contract will do that.
Unbloc will tailor a maintenance contract to the individual needs of each property, with the property managers concerns taken into account. We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to ensure that all works are carried out to their specifications, at a time convenient to you.
Regular drain jetting, stack pipe cleaning, float line de-scaling and pit cleaning are all areas where we can save you money and minimize hassle. PPM contracts are usually annual, 6 monthly or quarterly, depending on the property. Each contract is totally bespoke to your requirements.
We provide FREE callout cover from 3-6 months, up to a year after our visits.
