CCTV SURVEY & SONDE TRACING

CCTV surveys are brilliant at answering questions you may have about your drainage. CCTV is our way of seeing into your pipework when our eyes can't. Plus, a nifty bit of kit called Sonde Tracing helps track drainage that has been buried. All you have to do is get in contact below.

Survey Types

CCTV Surveys are requested for all types of reasons and come in all shapes and sizes.

01

CCTV Surveys & Crawler Units

The most commonly requested survey is an internal condition check of pipework due to roots found, rubble found or rodent activity.

Surveys will be able to show collapsed drain lines, cracks and damages, roots and possible openings where rats could be entering the line.

02

Sonde Tracing

A sonde or transmitter is attached to the head of a CCTV drain camera or crawler camera (in larger pipes) and placed in the drain. The transmitter sends a sonar pulse out, and the engineer follows it above ground using a receiver. This helps us find buried drain lines/manholes.

03

Stack/Downpipe Surveys

Our CCTV engineers are trained to work at heights, so another common service we provide is surveys of internal pipework running through or externally to a building.

We have expert plumbers who can also remove internal plumbing if we need access from inside buildings.

04

Lateral Cutting & CCTV Surveys

We are constantly working to expand our capabilities. So, our confined space CCTV teams are now trained in lateral cutting, which means we can now undertake root removal alongside the CCTV survey. This is sector-leading and cost-efficient results for our clients.
