An experienced team
The Drain Services team probably knows more about the local drainage and sewage system than most. Among others their clients include the M.O.D., Salisbury District Council and Wessex Water Authority. We rarely have to advertise for staff - they come looking for us - and we are very much looking forward to the next 20 years of business. We are incredibly busy and we could we could treble the amount of business tomorrow but we believe in being able to offer a really good service. It has been so satisfying to see Drain Services grow and the Directors knowledge of drainage is superb. When they started out the two Directors pulled their sleeves up and carried out the drainage work.
We are a local company
We aim to provide a complete service to customers, both private and commercial. We are available on call 24 hours a day with no call out fee, and we even work on Christmas Day.
Clearing drains today is extremely high tech and the Drain Services team are constantly keeping abreast of new technology. These days apart from using high pressure water jetting, we often use CCTV cameras to rapidly identify problems. These are also used for house surveys. The team of 17 trained engineers, with a fleet of 15 vans, and two vacuum tankers is proud of the well-established reputation that the company has developed.
